ORDERING FROM US
2.1 You place an order by completing our online checkout process. You can check and correct errors before submitting. We’ll send an order acknowledgement by email detailing what you’ve ordered.
2.2 We accept your order when we dispatch it and will confirm dispatch by email. At that point a purchase contract is made, unless we notify you we have declined your order or you cancel beforehand.
2.3 We may refuse any order if:
- (a) the goods are unavailable;
- (b) we cannot authorise your payment;
- (c) there’s a pricing or product-description error;
- (d) you don’t meet eligibility criteria in these terms.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at current rates.
3.2 All purchases are charged in Great British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
3.3 If delivery is outside the UK or EU, VAT will be removed at checkout.
3.4 We review our prices periodically and may update them without notice.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND DIGITAL CONTENT
4.1 _Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel physical-goods orders within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason._
4.2 _To cancel, notify us by email to info@camelliasteahouse.com before the 14-day period ends._
4.3 _Returned Products must be received by us within 14 days of cancellation, in original condition and packaging (excluding delivery packaging)._
4.4 Exceptions (no right to cancel) include:
- personalised goods;
- perishable or opened food items, including teas and infusions.
4.5 Return postage costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty. We recommend using tracked postage.
4.6 _Once we receive your return, we’ll email you within 24 hours and process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Standard-delivery carriage to UK addresses will be refunded; other delivery-option fees are non-refundable._
4.7 For faulty items, contact info@camelliasteahouse.com with your order number and fault description. We’ll arrange collection and offer a replacement (subject to stock) or full refund, including carriage.
4.8 _Digital Content. If you purchase digital downloads or streaming services, you may lose your right to cancel once download or streaming begins with your consent._
