Another award-winning tea, my White Jasmine & Apricot Tea, is a personal favourite that I enjoy both hot and iced. Sleep Well Tea, an award-winning blend, is a soothing and earthy nightcap featuring chamomile, a traditional sleep-inducing herb that may promote deep relaxation, valerian, a natural sleep aid known for its ability to improve sleep quality, and peppermint, which is uplifting yet gentle, helping to ease digestion and calm the mind.
