This month we are celebrating our new partnership with the wonderful 5-star Monart Day Spa, which has recently opened in the heart of Royal Pavilion in Queen Mother Square, Poundbury, Dorset. Owners Michael and Liam Anthony Griffin are from a fourth-generation hospitality family; bringing their Monart Day Spa concept over to the UK from their award-winning luxury 5-star destination Spa in County Wexford, Ireland.

Monart Day Spa is a true oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation, with world-class facilities and the most luxurious styling. It has been created with an ethos of sustainable health and wellness, focusing on utilising the best of traditional techniques combined with state of the art technology.

Camellia’s Tea House has designed a delicious trio of bespoke signature wellness teas to combine with the Monart Spa experience. The 3 different bespoke teas – Revive, Detox and Relax – are hand-blended exclusively for the Spa using only pesticide-free and natural ingredients. These teas have been created to complement each other and work with the different premium spa treatments available at the property.  

The Monart Spa Revive Blend is a refreshing and vibrant infusion – a delicate fusion of white and green tea leaves, scented with elegant jasmine and lovingly blended with rosebuds, mullein flowers, marigold flowers, goji berries and ginger. The Detox Blend is a pure herbal wellness tea, believed to have cleansing and detoxifying properties – combining the fresh notes of peppermint and nettle with the gentle floral notes of dandelion and the citrus zing of orange peel. And the Relax Blend is a soothing and calming herbal infusion, ideal for rest and relaxation – a lovely combination of flowers, oat straw and lemongrass, which is believed to help nourish the nervous system and reduce anxiety and insomnia.
